Getting Back into ADP | Retrieve User ID and/or Reset Password?

ADP gives you all the power to retrieve your User ID and Password on your own.

Forgot Password
Select "Forgot Your User ID/Password?" on the login screen and follow the instructions to answer a series of security questions to change your password. Then, use your user ID and new password to log in to the application.

Forgot User ID
Select "Forgot Your User ID/Password?" on the login screen and follow the instructions to answer a series of security questions. Then, your user ID will be displayed, and you can log in to the application.

Problems Logging In
If you are having trouble logging in, try the following:

  1. Check the spelling and spacing of your password. (Passwords are case sensitive.);
  2. Close all active Internet browsers and try logging on again.
  3. Clear your browser history/cache and try again. During your next log on attempt, you will be required to identify yourself, i.e., you will be required to receive an activation code, enter the activation code, and answer your security questions.

Note: After three unsuccessful attempts, your account will be locked. Contact your company administrator to reissue access

What To Do if You Are Locked Out
If you are locked out, wait five minutes and try again.

Still having issues?

Before you attempt to get back into ADP once more, make sure these three steps are completed:

1 – Get the correct app | Customer Service | Contact Us | ADP

 

2 - Make sure you have the latest ADP Mobile Solutions App

  • Go to your app store and update your current ADP Mobile Solutions App
  • You can also delete and redownload the ADP Mobile Solutions App

 

3 – Keep your contact information up to date:

  • If your contact information (phone and email) is updated, you will be able to retrieve it on your own.
  • If your contact information has changed (including phone number, email or name change), please request information updated via email or phone at:
    • [email protected] | 305-670-0746
    • Provide the following
      • Position ID (clock in number)
      • Name and Last Name
      • New Phone
      • New Email
      • Any other new info.
